Autism (ASD) Therapy / Services in Cairo, Egypt
Usually parents who receive a diagnosis of Autism or other types of ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorders) for their child are recommended to commence direct one on one ABA therapy in the range of 10-40 hours/week (provided by an ABA therapist) which can be very costly. Aside from cost another issue with this "direct therapy" approach is that often the child does not generalize skills for use within their "natural environments" (i.e. home, school, and community).
An alternative to this form of direct (one on one) ABA treatment would be to avail of our services (in Cairo) which are less costly but will require commitment on the part of the caregivers involved in the child's developmental progress. Should parents provide their own child's Autism therapy?
